1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one (1) account on winph44. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual – identified by name, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address – will be treated as duplicate accounts, which may be closed with balances forfeited at winph44's discretion.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable KYC documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (passport, SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or UMID). winph44 may request additional documentation at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations under Philippine law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any winph44 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The winph44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, winph44 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

winph44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses due to technical failures outside winph44's reasonable control. winph44's total liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the same calendar month.

winph44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 11. Responsible Gaming
